FUNdamentals is the first stop for kids who are interested in cheer! Athletes will learn & perfect cheerleading basics over the course of 12 weeks. FUNdamentals incorporates stretching & increased flexibility, stunting, jumping, dance, conditioning and a FUN activity in each class! Our FUNdamentals program was designed to create a FUN, low pressure atmosphere for athletes! At the end of the session, athletes will perform a mini-routine for parents & friends!
